The Groove Diggers - Shake it Baby

A success story that is due to chance: A few years ago- it must have been in 2008 – in Scotland two friends were asked of presenting a few rockabilly songs in their favorite nightspot.



From one performance have been several. The gigs gave them a regular dose of fun and much success from the audience. So the two musicians were looking for reinforcements. Nine months later they found their bass player. The Groove Diggers were born.



It wasn’t long before The Groove Diggers were busy playing for burlesque shows and in local clubs. Keen to put out a record they produced the 45RPM -Doncha Break My Heart-. The single received such enthusiastic reviews that The Groove Diggers, now in addition of a drummer again immediately went into the studio to record their first album with their own material.



The guys are relentless in their aim to make music in the most authentic way possible. Real Raw Rockabilly!



And where the fans having so long to do without this brilliant sound, only a year later there is a fantastic look-up again.
