Conditions of participation

1. Rock-Points will be credit to all customers automatically with each buying from
   the Red Hot and Blue GmbH. The precondition for the credit of points is only a
   proper description of all necessary adress data of the customer. Of course the
   participation at the Rock-Point-Program - that means the redemption of the points -
   is free of charges and takes place voluntary.
   
2. The Red Hot and Blue Rock-Points will be definitely credited to the customers account
   4 weeks after buying the goods (buying the goods = receipt of payment). From then on
   the points may be redeemed. If applicable Rock-Points may also be purchased in the
   range of special offers. One Point has the value of 0,01 Euro.
   
3. The amount of points may be recalled from registered and logged-in online customers at
   any time at: www.rockabilly-rules.com under „Your Account“. The Rock-Points aren't
   transferable. Acquired Points are redeemable within 24 months after credit voucher. From
   then on the points will lose their validation and will expire without replacement. If the Rock-
   Points- Program may be cancelled or rather stopped corresponding cipher 6 the points will
   expire without replacement as well.
   
4. The participant may only redeem the Rock-Points for premiums of products. Reedemable
   products are all deliverable products from the product line of Rockabilly Rules.The Rock-Points
   may not be used for the payment of the postal charges. A cash payment of the counter value of
   the Rock-Points isn't possible as well. Incidentally all customer informations of Red Hot and Blue
   GmbH apply to the redemption of Rock-Points.
   
5. In case of customers undo their buying (for example: the return of goods) the Rock-Points will be
   deducted from the customers account in the value, which has been credited for the returned good.
   The same also applies to accounting error or incorrect use.
   
6. At any time the participant may cancel the participation at the Rock-Point-System without a notice
   and without giving reasons. A cancellation on the part of the Red Hot and Blue GmbH is possible
   within a period of 3 months to the end of the month. The Red Hot and Blue GmbH reserves her
   rights to except peoples from the participation at any time in case of a legitimated reason for
   example the misuse of the system. The Red Hot and Blue GmbH reserves her rights to change or
   to stop the Rock-Point-System under observance of an appropriate time-limit also. Furthermore the
   Red Hot and Blue GmbH reserves her rights to change or to amend the conditions of particiption.
   Any course of law is excluded.
