With every online order in our shop you earn rock points. As soon as you have collected asufficient amount of points, u can cash them in in our next order and save some bucks.

What ist he value of one rock point?
1 Rock Point = 1 cent

How many rock-points do i get?
The amount of rockpoints you recieve is based on your turnover in the shop. There are three stages. When and how to get to the next stage, u can see here:
1. As a new customer you start on stage 1 and receive 3 rock-points per euro you order.
2. From a turnover of 200,- euro you get to stage two and receive 5 rock points for each euro
3. From an overall turnover of 500 euro you will have reached the ultimate stage and will receive 7 rockpoints per euro for every order that you place.

When and how can i cash in my rock-points?
4 weeks after the purchase (=date of incoming payment) the rock-points will be credited to your pointaccount and you can cash it in your next order. You can use up to 5000 Rockpoints with each order, meaning you can save 50,- euros on your bill!

Where can i see how many points i have collected?
When you are registered and logged in, you can see the amount of rock points on your start page, right hand side, and in your shopping cart. Click here to see the current terms and conditions.
