With each online order you earn Rock-Points. When you have collected enough Rock-Points they can be redeemed with your next order and you can save much money.

How much Rock-Points do I get?

The amount of Rock-Points, which you recieve for each Euro value of good, depends on your previous total sum at our online shop.
There are 3 levels. How you can achieve the next level and therefore a higher discount, you can find here:
-1- as a new customer you start on level 1 and recieve already 3 Rock-Points per Euro value of good.
-2- from a total sum of 200,- Euro you achieve level 2 and you recieve with each further order 5 Rock-Points per Euro value of good.
-3- from a total sum of 500,- Euro you just achieved the highest level and you recieve with each further order 7 Rock-Points per Euro.

When and how can I redeem my Rock-Points?

4 weeks after buying the good (= receipt of payment) the Rock-Points will be definitely credited to your account. From now on you can redeem the Rock-Points with your next orders.
Up to 5000 Rock-Points could be redeemed with a single order. You can reduce your invoice amount up to 50,- Euro.

Where can I recall my amount of points?

The amount of points is shown for registered and logged-in online customers at the start page in the right column and in the shopping cart..
