For the first time - but rather for a short time - the ancestor of the pencil skirt appeared in 1880 - the hobble skirt. Based on this skirt the french fashion designer Paul Poiret created a long and tight-fitting skirt in 1910, which got kind of socially acceptable.
In 1947 Christion Dior changed this skirt into the classic pencil skirt by creating a shorter version of the hobble skirt. He created a new silhouette - the H-Silhouette -, which has been pioneering at that time. Main focus of this silhouette has been the pencil skirt, which got a fashion hit - especially at office.
The typical pencil skirt is body-hugging at hips and narrows up to the calves - just like a "pencil". It accentuates feminine hips as well as small waists perfectly. The hem ends right at knee or shortly above knee.

Einfach nur wow. Auch für Frauen, die keine Modelmaße haben. Der Rock zaubert eine schöne Hüfte und einen tollen Po. Das kleinen Schleifchen am Schlitz ist nochmal ein Hingucker. Der Rock ist gut verarbeitet und angenehm auf der Haut, sitzt etwas enger und zaubert damit einen tollen Übergang vom Po zur Taille!

Ich habe den Rock vorsorglich ein zweites Mal gekauft, als ich sah, dass er in blau nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Ich fand die Röcke großartig, doch diesmal sitzt er überhaupt nicht. Hinten schlägt er eine sehr unkleidsame Falte. Ich dachte erst, dass ich vielleicht zugenommen hätte, doch auch jetzt mit drei Kilo weniger sitzt er immer noch furchtbar. Sehr schade.

Ein wirklich wunderschöner Rock!!! Tolle Verarbeitung und super Qualität!Leider passt er mir nur nicht. Trotz genauem Messen passt mir der Rock an der Hüfte nicht richtig, da er an den Nähten zu weit ist, aber von dem Bund und der Länge perfekt passt. Aber ich glaube das ist auch einfach eine Glückssache, einen Pencil-Skirt zu finden, der wirklich perfekt passt ;)Einen Versuch ist es auf jeden Fall wert!!!

Zur Zeit mein liebster Rock im Schrank! Gut verarbeitet und auch sehr bequem zu tragen. (Es ist aber wirklich etwas irritierend, dass er auf dem hier eingestellten Foto grau aussieht!)
