When will I get my order confirmation Mail?
Right after an order has been received, a confirmation is automatically sent by our shop system to the given email address. If you didn't receive a confirmation, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

* the email address you provided at registration is incorrect
* our email got lost in the spam folder

If both is not the case, please contact our customer hotline. .

Which kinds of payment are possible?
At Rockabilly-Rules.com you can pay by bank transfer, credit card or by Paypal. Payment by direct debit, cash on delivery or by account isn't possible.
Important: When paying by bank transfer or Paypal please always enter your order number in reason for transfer!

The entering of your credit card details takes place during the ordering process. None of your credit card details are stored by us.
Do you accept credit card?
As a matter of course you can pay your purchases via credit card at Rockabilly-Rules. The entering of your credit card details takes place during the ordering process. We don't store any of your details.
Can I pay via cash on delivery?
No, we don't offer payment via cash on delivery.
Can I pay via invoice?
We're sorry, but we only accept payment in advance. Payment via invoice isn't possible.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes of course, we do ship world wide. If you can't find your country in the list of countries, please don't hesitate to email us at contact.
Can I send an item to an alternative delivery address?
Yes, of course we ship your purchase to any delivery address you wish!
If you desire, you can enter a different delivery address than the billing address. You can enter up to 5 different delivery addresses into your address book and set your preferred address.
How much are the shipping costs?

When will my order be shipped?
We ship on following business days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday und Friday.
Your purchase will immediately be send after receipt of payment.
How long does the shipping of my order take?

According to terms and conditions of DPD and DHL, following time is needed to deliver your purchase:
Germany: 1-3 business days
Germany: 1-3 business days
EU: 1 - 4 business days

AT, BE, CH*, CZ, DK, FR, LU, NL, PL, SI, UK: 2-3 busniess days
EE, ES, FI, HU, IE, SE, SK: 3-4 business days
IT: 2-4 business days
LT, LV, NO*, PT: 4-5 business days

* Estimated shipping time is calculated without possible customs clearance.

How do I redeem a voucher?

It's quite easy: Just enter the code into the "voucher code field", during checkout. The amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs). The final billing amount will then be displayed in the order overview.
If there is a remaining value, then, the remaning amount of your voucher will be credited to your customer account and will be deducted from your next purchase.
Please note that shipping costs aren't billable with voucher and coupon codes!

What happens when a product is sold out?

Every now and then, a product is sold out. At Rockabilly Rules, you have the opportunity to be automatically notified via email when a product is back in stock. Just click on the desired size/color, enter your name and your email address and send yout request. Once the desired item is back in stock, you will automatically receive a reminder via email.
You can find an overview of all items you requested in your customer account.

Is it possible to order an item which isn't available at the moment in advance?
Unfortunately, an order in advance is not possible.
However, at Rockabilly Rules, you have the opportunity to be automatically notified via email when a product is back in stock.
Just click on the desired size/color, enter your name and your email address and send yout request. Once the desired item is back in stock, you will automatically receive a reminder via email.

Do you offer the same products in your local store in Essen as in the internet?
Usually, you can find all products in our store, we offer online. Our local shop "Red Hot and Blue" is located in Essen-Rüttenscheid, Theklastraße 1.
Unfortunately it is not possible to store all sizes in our local shop. If you want to come to our store to buy or to try an item on, it would be helpful if you would call beforehand to query your desired item or to ask if we can put it aside. In our local store, you can reach us by phone at 0201/79870026.

Please note that a reservation isn't an order! Due to logistic reasons, it isn't possible to deliver an order to our local shop to pick them up.

Where and how can I order a Rockabilly-Rules catalogue?
Once a year we publish our Rumble59 catalogue which will be enclosed with every purchase over 50¤, as long as stock lasts and provided it fits into your package. But you can also purchase the catalogue for 3¤ and we'll send it to you without any shipping costs. It will be offered for sale as soon as it is available.
Also, you can receive the catalogue at all festivals where we'll be on the spot with our booth.Every spring we publish a list of all festival we're at in our Rockabilly Rules Magazine.
What is a wish list?
You can put every item of our range onto your wishlist to note them for a later purchase. To make use of the wish list you need to have a customers account you can easily register for. When logged in and you want to put an item onto your list, just click on the heart button below the size selection.

I'm not sure about the size, what can I do?

We always strive to give exact size indications for all of our products. If there isn't any special size indication for an item, then it's because it fits true to size.

You can always contact us via email if you have any questions concerning the size of a product. There is a "Ask a question" button at every product's page with which you can contact us, so that we can help you to find the perfect size.
But please make sure that you've checked the page for a size indication table of your desired item, first.

Moreover, it may also be useful to look at reviews by other customers.

I need an item very fast, what can I do?
The fastest way is to pay via credit card or Paypal, because in this case we receive your money directly after the ordering process.
But you can also come to our shop "Red Hot and Blue" in Essen and try your desired clothes on and take them with you right away.

Return to sender

Can I send back items that don't fit or that I'm not pleased with?
If your order doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it, you can return or exchange it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. Depending on your wishes, the item will then be exchanged or refunded.

You can always find the return form together with the invoice in your package. Just fill out the form and send it back carefully with your package, so that we can process your return as fast as possible.

Due to organizational and logistic issues, a refund or a new delivery can take a bit more time than your first delivery.

Important: The returned item must be unworn and unwashed, otherwise we cannot process an exchange and have to send it back to you.

Do I have to pay shipment for a return or for a re-delivery?
Yes, you are responsible for the costs of your return within Germany. Rockabilly Rules will then pay shipment for re-delivery. Unfortunately, we can't bear costs for foreign dispatches.
